How a project runs
A project usually starts with a specific task from your day-to-day business, such as technical customer inquiries in sales or the upkeep of HR master data.

Choosing the use case
Together with the people involved, we look at how the task is handled today and then propose a first use case to you. Before implementation begins, we agree with you on a metric for the value, such as the processing time per case. The scope and duration of this first phase are fixed in the proposal.

Implementation and rollout
The application is integrated into your existing processes and systems, either on our platform or in your own IT. At short intervals, your future users review interim versions on real cases, and their feedback goes directly into the next version. In parallel, your team is trained on its own documents and supported until the new processes are part of everyday work.

Operation and further development
If the application runs on our platform, we monitor and improve it on an ongoing basis and also handle the switch to new language models. In your own IT, your team is responsible for operation, and we provide support after the project on request. In both cases, we review with you after launch whether the agreed metric develops as expected.

As founder and managing director, he personally guides every project, from choosing the use case to productive use. He brings eight years of experience in AI development and consulting, most recently as a team and project lead for AI and analytics at large corporations and mid-sized companies, and he has introduced AI into core processes of staffing agencies, among other areas. He studied business administration with a focus on AI at LMU Munich and AI at UC Berkeley near San Francisco.

She supports projects in which teams introduce new ways of working with AI, with training and change support. She brings experience from change management at a DAX-listed corporation and at a renowned change management consultancy, and she earned her doctorate at LMU Munich.
