AI agents for staffing agencies
In staffing and recruitment, a lot of time goes into searching for profiles across several networks. We build AI agents that take on this research and present suitable profiles to your team as suggestions.

The starting point in staffing
- 01
Occasions for client conversations
The signs of such occasions appear on job boards, in the news and on company websites, and in day-to-day work they are rarely evaluated systematically.
- 02
Searching several networks
For an open position at a client, recruiters search LinkedIn, Xing and, depending on the profile, GitHub, usually one network after another.
- 03
Outdated profiles in the candidate pool
Candidates' roles, availability and contact details change, and the applicant tracking system (ATS) often still shows the state of the last contact.
Use cases
What the AI agents take on
Each agent can be introduced on its own, so you can start with the use case that takes up the most time in your team.
- 01
Spotting sales triggers
An AI agent monitors job boards, news and company websites and spots triggers there, such as a job change or growth at a client.
- 02
Candidate search
An AI agent searches several networks at once and ranks the profiles it finds by how well they match the substance of your client's requirements.
- 03
Outreach and candidate pool upkeep
An AI agent contacts candidates by email or messaging app, taking their profile and the conversation so far into account. You decide before the start which messages the agent may send without a recruiter's approval.
- 04
Candidate matching
An AI agent matches candidate profiles and incoming applications against your clients' requirements and suggests which ones should be reviewed first.
Under the EU AI Act, agents that filter applications or assess candidates count as high-risk AI systems. For this reason, we plan guardrails for fairness and compliance from the start. Access to your ATS is a prerequisite, and in a test phase your recruiters review the suggestions before an agent goes into daily use.
The agents can run on our platform with data storage in the EU, or in your own IT environment if your team works there.
